      Shipping policy

      All product orders are shipped within 2-3 business Days.  Slab orders are shipped within 3-6 business days from the time the shipping quote is accepted and invoice is paid.  Please be aware shipping delays are normal and out of our control, we can't guarantee time of delivery.

      All product orders are shipped through Canada Post or courier service, depending on parcel size and weight.  Small slab orders and charcuterie boards are shipped through Canada Post or courier service; which ever is least expensive.  Large slab orders are shipped through courier or freight transport services.

      Additional shipping charges may apply if you are a resident from a remote location of Canada.  In such cases, we will contact you to provide you the shipping cost quote(s). We reserve the right to, with consent, apply shipping charges as we see fit.
